As these are non-extracted subscriptions, there shouldn't be a reason why they need to be separated into two subscriptions. If you'd like, i can try to consolidate them into single subscriptions, and we can see how that works.

These files are currently missing from the source server. We'll submit an inquiry to the data center to see if they can recover and post them. UPDATE: Seems the gap is not recoverable. From NSIDC User Services: " Thank you for contacting NSIDC. Yes, data from 20 and 21 February are missing due ...

Re: Ocean Color data Missing
Hi. There was a problem with a server upstream of our group that prevented data delivery. The problem was resolved Monday morning, and it took a few hours for our system to catch up. Have you noticed that the problem has been resolved?

I have reset the first order to be restaged. You will receive another email informing you that the files are ready to download. If you still have problems with the manifest file, let's work through those instead of trying to delete/reorder. I assume that you have worked with orders in the past and n...

Can you view the HTML in a browser to see what it is asking for, such as maybe an Earthdata login prompt? Verify .netrc values? Remove the ./.urs_cookies_get_* files to force a new one?I can't replicate the problem, so the getfile service is functioning. You're saying it is...

The URLs on your failed examples seem to be missing the /getfile/ element of the URL. The first successful case has it .../cgi/getfile/name-of-file but the others have .../cgi/name-of-file

Have you tried adding the --netrc option to your command? I ran your command and got the same HTML output, but adding the --netrc option brought down the actual data.

Day 346 Missing MET_NCEPR2 file
Hi Jane.Seems that we did not receive the standard NCEP GDAS file for Dec 11 12:00 from which we would make N202034612_MET_NCEP_6h.hdf, and that file is the main input to the NCEPR2 process. NCEP keeps 10 days of the GDAS files online, which indicates that the file did not get posted within a 10-day...

The only time you need more than one ATT/EPH file is when the start or stop time of the granule being processed aligns with the start or stop time of an ATT/EPH file, which isn't the case for this granule. Its start/stop times are well within the periods of the ATT/EPH files chosen. ...

Hi Julien,
Indeed there was an issue. The source server from which we obtain the L0 data started behaving oddly. We switched to a secondary server, and the files were queued for ingest. It will take our system an hour or two to catch up.
Regards,
john
