Re: Bundle Python API
Hi, It looks like the code provided does not send the bearer token. Assuming that information is in the `headers` object, the `r = requests.get(endpoint, headers)` line needs to include `headers=headers` rather than in the call to the `list_bundle()` function. For example: token = token_response['tok...

Re: Cannot access MODIS data through https://e4ftl01.cr.usgs.gov/
Hi,
There were many issues with the server up until a couple weeks ago. However, since then it has been going quite smooth. Can you tell me how you are trying to access the server, which program? Also, what error are you getting?
Thanks,
Brett

Re: Problem downloading all period HLS images
Hi, Have you had any success getting to the data? I think you need to scroll down to the bottom of the list and there should be an option there to "Download All". The the Download Data at the bottom on the left column of the image you show will light up and you can click on it. Please let ...

Re: URS Tokens required for Download?
Hi Dave, Sorry for the server issues. My hunch is this is related to ongoing server issues we are having. As far as tokens go, it depends on which route you are using to access e4ftl01. Through Earthdata all you need is your login information, however for scripts like the AppEEARS API it requires a ...

Re: I cannot download MOD09CMG data
Hi, It is very unlikely your account is banned, but rather this is probably due to the server issues the LPDAAC has been experiencing since the last major install on July 15. Since then it has been very inconsistent and challenging to access the LPDAAC distribution server e4ftl01.cr.usgs.gov. Howeve...

Re: LP DAAC Planned Power Outage
Good Morning, This past month (since July 15) with the server issues has been quite challenging, however tomorrow the plan is as follows: "EED will delivery a new version of Apache next week (this week now) which appears to handle some known bugs potentially causing our problems. Until then we'...

Re: Daily greenery changes monitoring through MOD09GQ
Hi,
The MOD/MYD09GQ product is used to create the MOD/MYD09Q1 8 day product and that is used as input data to process the MOD13Q1 Vegetation indices. So yes you could use it to process NDVI data. You can download the MOD09GQ product from our Data Pool server: e4ftl01.cr.usgs.gov.
Thanks,
Brett

Hi Silvia,
Sorry for the delay. We have been requesting these be processed for quite sometime, and we just had a bunch of missing MCD43A data come in for 2008 and 2021. Please let us know if you find there are still missing data.
Thanks,
Brett
