The equation for PM2.5 is the same as what we have posted on our FAQ page, so that is correct. (https://gmao.gsfc.nasa.gov/reanalysis/MERRA-2/FAQ/) I think this should work equally well for 1 hourly or 1 monthly calculations. There has been a period of recent netCDF software releases that are not working well with OPeNDAP. Correction to my last reply. The switch to 06D is July 1 for IMERG Late, and July 2 for Early. Not July 7.

Hello, Version 06D is NOT a new collection. It has been explained at https://gpm.nasa.gov/data/directory: As of July 7, 2023, GPM Level 2 and 3 products and filenames have been updated to V07B. you can start with a keyword search from our Explore box. There is a pull down button with a variety of categories to choose from, you can also browse data by category.
