Re: LDOPE source code download
Hi,
You should not need to enter your Earthdata credentials to download any of the files from the LPDAAC LDOPE site. You may want to check your settings and/or try a different browser.
Can you send a link to where you are attempting to download the LDOPE source code?
Thanks,
Brett

Re: [MCD19A2] Band dimension variations for different subcategories
Hi, I am not sure what is causing this issue. I pulled that granule from our archive (https://e4ftl01.cr.usgs.gov/MOTA/MCD19A2.061/2020.04.01/) and it shows the Optical_Depth_47 as 1200x1200 as it should be and the Glint_Angle at 240x240 as it should be. One thing I noticed however is your example b...

This could boil down to an authentication issue, we have seen authentication cause issues that weren't obvious. Could you take a look at the tutorial to double heck on that: https://github.com/nasa/HLS-Data-Resources/blob/main/python/tutorials/HLS_Tutorial.ipynb
Thanks,
Brett

Re: AppEars
Hi Anibal, I am not sure what happened on the 18th, I do see your order returned 0 granules, but it looks like your order from the 20th brought back all the expected tiles. There may have been a delay between when the dta was available in the Data Pool to when it was available in the cloud. Thanks f...
