Re: Spatial Subsetting Applications

Hi @carlsopr Can you double check your Point requests. The majority we are seeing are over the Antarctic, The Area requests are over Florida, so I am not sure what is going on. For instance: a052f041-33db-4da6-bf8f-7f9adfd96e4d
Shows over Antarctica.
Thanks,

Hello,
Sorry for the delay. We believe this is primarily due to the switch from MODIS Surface Reflectance to VIIRS. that is going on this week. We expect it to kick back up soon.

Re: MCD19A3D has only 2 layers with NBAR when downloaded

Hi CB, Yes, I am getting the same results you are. First I thought OK, the algorithm detected snow so the NDVI_Gap Filled was not produced. However 16/7 is along the coast and in the tropics so that would not be right. We'll investigate further and let you know as soon as we here anything from the d...

Re: How should pixel values greater than 10,000 or less than 0 in MOD09GA data be handled?

Hi Zhou,
It is always recommended to use the State Quality flags for clouds. The State Quality incorporaes the MOD35 cloud info and is more detailed.
Thanks,

Re: MODIS MOD09A1 v6.1 invalid QC codes?

Hello Hawthorne, Sorry for the delay, we contacted the PI/developer of this product for his take and he confirmed that we were reading the bits in reverse. OK, then the issue was why did the Mandatory Modland QA bits show "00" Good Data. He always thought the individual band quality QAs we...

Re: HEG resample error in linux

Hi @jianjun5212
I think the HEG folks will be able to help you with this: heg-support@earthdata.nasa.gov.
Also, we have a tool that will do the same functions and it has many other capabilities also. It is the AppEEARS tool: https://appeears.earthdatacloud.nasa.gov
