If your BEAM installation has the latest version of the seadas_reader module, then yes. Otherwise, no.

You can set maskland=0 or to be really sure land=$OCDATAROOT/common/landmask_null.dat.
Keep in mind we have NOT vicariously calibrated HICO, so while you may get a retrieval, the results may not be valid.

No, not yet anyway.  The l2gen program cannot yet handle hyperspectral data.

Yes, using GPT (the Graph Processing Tool).   We're still working on a decent tutorial for this, however, there are several posts on this forum with examples.

James, There is a ground control point feature. With this you can "attach" a geocoding based on the GCPs you define (need at least three know points, the more the better).  I've discovered that the landmask/coastline feature isn't recognizing this attached geocoding - we'll look into that ...
