The new version of the NSIDC sea ice file has 3D arrays, but one dimension is unity. It seems that we need a new reader for it.

We'll work on it.

For your first question, there is a bug in SeaDAS 8.1 that it does not show Lt band in HICO L1B files. It's fixed, and the fix will be in the next release 8.2.

Is your OCSSW V2021.2?

Can you share the filename of your modis L1B file, so we can reproduce the error?

Thanks for reporting the bug. It's fixed in V2022.0. However, getanc does not work with -s Option in V2022.0. See viewtopic.php?f=7&t=2843&sid=77cf7c94b1 ... 4aa6928029. It's fixed and will be in the next tag

However, getanc -c -s 2022012040000 -e 2022012200000 won't work, for the duration is longer than 2 hours. getanc -c -s 2022012040000 -e 2022012050000 should work with the next tag. getanc should work with L1 file as input, but...
