The NLDAS Phase 2 data have been reprocessed for the time range 2022-08-01 to 2024-03-01. Both the v2.0 (netCDF format) and v002 (GRIB-1 format) datasets were reprocessed. Hello, NEO is an older website. The 0-255 numbers refer to the data scaling, which was 256-bit. This can be converted to the mg/m3 scale (there used to be a scale online) but there is an easier way. I asked our staff if the L3 OCO data products will be extended beyond their current end date. The L3 data product that is currently available was made with v10 data. There are currently no plans to make a Level 3 data product with the v11 data.

l used level 2 data. level 3 is not available current year and also 2023.
where did you get that Level 2 data is available through April 1, 2024?
Refer to the "Temporal Coverage" field in the Dataset Landing Page at the link you cited, under the "Product Summary" tab.

Are you creating the averages with Level 2 data or Level 3 data? The Level 2 data is available through April 1, 2024.
