Hello, is the issue persistent across various computers and under different internet environments (e.g. home or school internet)? We updated our website about a month ago. You may want to try clear your cache and reload the website again.

Yes, if you take a close look at the file names, you will find the ones with "FR" are in full resolution and "RR" in reduced resolution.
