Producing cloud and land mask files in SeaDAS
Hi Danny,
I meant I was trying to generate level2 files (Rrs) but I also need to export cloud and land masks as separate geotiff files for post processing.

L2gen processing for 10m Sentinel 2
Thanks Sean! Is there a way to resample in SeaDAS with little effect on the image quality. I used other tools for resampling but my image quality was affected.

Thanks Bryan!
Are those pixels masked out by default, or I need to use the flag to mask such pixels from the entire scene?

Hi All.
Please what is the threshold for sun glint masking in SeaDAS (in the default exclusion flag). Not sure if it's SWIR(0.005)?
Thanks.

What does outband_opt mean for l2gen processor for Landsat 8
Hi All,
Wondering what the outputband_opt option means. I used it to process Landsat-8 images and discovered that for some sites, using the zero option adds to more negative Rrs retrieval (for example at 443 nm).
Thanks for your anticipated response.
