the setting of seadas7.4 in Macos 10.13.3

Dear Danny,I have reinstalled the OCSSW via command line. It does work now. The OCSSW was directly copied to Macos from Ubuntu 14.04 before, therefore Mac can not find the file due to the difference between Mac and Linux, I guess. Otherwise, the Seadas can be launched from Launchpad, I just to test ...

'Minimum must not be infinity' in mosaiccing product generated by gpt.sh

Yes, I appreciate for your so detailed reply. I guess that there are some negtive values (should be anomalies) in some bands of L2 data, and the inappropriate expression in xml didn't handle with it very well and affectted the all data when I map the L2 data via gpt.sh. Therefore, the composite ...

'Minimum must not be infinity' in mosaiccing product generated by gpt.sh

Dear,I have always used the gpt.sh tool to generate the mapped products in Ubuntu 16.04 (64bit). Recentlly, I found a problem that several mapped products presented dark images, though most of data are normal. Further, an exception was shown here when I used the RGB image to composite by the 'MO...

Cropp and reproject problems with output format

As Danny said, the reprojection can only identify the file generated by l2gen, you cannot use the cropping file to make reprojection. Actually, the reprojection is slow for an entire image than a cropping file. I suggested that you can generated a regional file of L2_LAC_OC.nc via adapting the subse...

Question: OLCI support disappeared?

OLCI support disappeared?

Now, as they said, the GUI hasn't support processing of OLCI. You should process OLCI in command-line mode like its installation.
For example, you can use 'l2gen ifile=xfdumanifest.xm ofile=.....'(see the help of l2gen) in terminal in Linux or Mac OS.
