I was informed that the other file: A2021247100500.L2_LAC_IOP.nc is currently on a storage device that is malfunctioning. I would advise checking periodically and trying to download the file. Otherwise, once the device is functioning properly, we will update this ticket.

Using SeaDAS, I find a time parameter under Bands > chlor_a. If you view the image and mouseover an area of interest on the image, you see the time populate on the pixel info to the right.

Assuming that you mean: A2021247100500.L2_LAC_IOP.nc and A2021247100500.L2_LAC_OC.nc They should both be available. I was able to get the https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov (/directaccess/MODIS-Aqua/L2/2021/247/]OC) file, please try to download that one again. I will check with our data processing ...

You can find MODIS Aqua L1 data on Earthdata Seach by using the search bar and facets on the left side of the screen as seen in the image attached. the URL will be appended with your selections for quick reference as seen above.

Where are you looking for this data? You can select a desired time range, choose a geographical point, and select a period (daily, monthly, etc). https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/l3/
