Re: GEDI spatial subset order data from EarthData Search gives ECONNREFUSED error

Hello, Sorry for the issues with the ESI processing, it can be temperamental at times. Generally this error is caused by the order size. There is an internal limit of 1000 scenes. Which actually can prove to large. If you could divide your requests into several smaller orders it should work fine. Pl...

Re: Problem with downloading tiles using DAAC2Disk

Hi Elena, Sorry for the hassles with the Daac2Disk tool. The User Guide should have been updated last summer when V006 was decommissioned. So if the Versionid was switched to 061 it should be successful. Also, the Daac2Disk only searches the Data Pool and we are in the process of transitioning all o...

Re: MCD19A2 AOD data preprocessing

Hello, Unfortunately, because of the multi dimensions of the MCD19A2 files our AppEEARS pre-processing tool does not support this as it does most all other MODIS products, you will need to download the data and clip it with your GIS software. The rest of your question we are in contact with the devel...

Re: GEDI spatial subset order data from EarthData Search gives ECONNREFUSED error

Hi,
Have you been able to get the Earthdata Search Tool to work for, not sure why it would say connection denied.
After your search is complete and you order the data there should be a Customize Options you can select to subset your area of interest. Will it allow you to do that?
Thanks,
Brett

Re: Strange coords in metadata in VIIRS collections

Hi, The Gring coordinates are not wrong, they are exactly what they are supposed to be. Please see the full list of MODIS/VIIRS tile coordinates here: https://modis-land.gsfc.nasa.gov/pdf/sn_gring_10deg.txt Gring (G polygon) coordinates are not the same as the actual tiles coordinates and are not de...

Question: Status of VIIRS Version 2 Vegetation Indices processing

Re: Status of VIIRS Version 2 Vegetation Indices processing

Hello,
Sorry for the delay. We reached out to the data provider, and the VI processing was allowed to be resumed and they are working there way back and through the gaps. They weren't sure on how long this would take, but the gaps should continually be reduced.
Thanks,
Brett
