Re: VNP09GA VIIRS products

Hi, We have asked the developer of the vegetation indices for particulars on why the higher angles are acceptable in VIIRS. Re: HLS (v1.4) data availability

Hi Marco, This is Brett from LP DAAC. I believe the HLS 1.4 is a Goddard product. Here at LP DAAC we have HLS 1.5, however I think it is a little different: https://lpdaac.usgs.gov/products/hlss30v015/ It is provisional Surface Reflectance data. Please let me know if we can help you with the 1.5. Th...

Re: timeout issues with bash scripts

In some instances while your system is rifling through the files downloading them there maybe a split second between when the last file downloads and the new one begins. When the traffic is really busy near or at capacity of about 2000 connections another user may connect. Also, the system limits a ...

Re: MODIS MCD18A2 3-hourly PAR product

Hi Nitt,
It is a single PAR value over that 3 hour period. Most areas of the globe have multiple MODIS acquisitions, but they are averaged to represent a single value.
Sorry, but we are not aware of hourly PAR data.
Thanks,

Brett
