Request ID 2962, 2963, 2964 are not configured for FTP access. They only have the mail option selected. You can modify that setting by clicking on the subscription id on https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/subscriptions/list I will look into why you are not receiving mail. Have you checked that they...

Processing version meaning of VIIRS products

Not at this time. We have discussed having different file names for the QLP and QL and may implement this in the future.

If you set up a non-extracted subscription to the QL data, that subscription query will only return QL file names.

This appears to be a problem with the images in the L3 browser. The VIIRS L3 production is up to date. 
I'll notify the web admins of the problem. Try your query again tomorrow.
