There is a server problem upstream at our source of L0 data. Our MODIS NRT processing is suspended until  the problem is resolved.

The web programmers have tracked down the errant script and all of the missing files should be available shortly.

There was a reorganization of the data directory tree that resulted in a name change from VIIRS_SNPP to VIIRS-SNPP.  Check the path that you are polling.

This is not the intended result of using the delete command for the partially filled order.Until I am able to get this sorted with the web developers, your best bet is allow the the order to cycle through the partial staging without you giving the delete command.The next batch of files will generate...
