We are actively working to resolve the incompatibly issue and will update the user community when figure out a solution.

I am still not seeing any issues on my end so this is hard to diagnose. I was able to create a new extracted order this morning. Things you can try are to clear your caches and try again, or try to use the L3 browser from a different browser in case something is not working well from your current br...

I am not sure if that error message is true. I am not having issues accessing the tool. Can you help by clearing your cache, restarting your browser and letting us know if you still get the error after that?
