L2 data not posting
Both the subscriptions and direct data access areas are not showing any L2 files later than 11/17/2019 around noon UTC. This is true of at least JPSS1, SNPP and MODISA.I would think that the system was recovering from earlier problems but I do not see any recent file modification times either...Anyw...

SNPP SST subscription issue
Tommy,No I did not have it checked on (nor have I have I ever checked on since I created the subscriptions). When I tried checking it on right now I get a bunch of files with USC_SEAPRISM in the filename. Did these subscriptions perhaps get mixed up with somebody else's? I just verified that they...

SNPP SST subscription issue
When I query my two SNPP SST subscriptions (2178 - day and 2179 - night) with the file search CGI I get back an empty result set.
I noticed that when I looked in the SNPP direct data access area the files have switched over to the new naming convention so that's probably related.

OCSSW - having trouble processing L1A file from LANCE
It's getting to be that time of year when there are more potential storms in the DC area (...both in the atmosphere and on Capital Hill...) so we're checking up on all of our alternate data sources.I'm trying to process an L1A file I obtained from LANCE and am running into issues in the modis_GEO.py...

MODISA data issue
It is now about 2019-11-04 2:35 UTC and the most recent MODISA granules posted to the "direct data download" area (and subscriptions) is for day 307 15:50. You might want to look into what is causing the disruption in the data flow.

MODISA L1A subscription issue
Usually by this time of day we have several granules for subscription #2130 (basically MODISA L1A data over the US east + Gulf of Mexico coast) but I don't see any for today. It looks like the spacecraft over flew the area around 16:10-16:15, 17:40-17:55, and 19:20-19:30 UTC.Oddly I can find some...

getfile problem
Since around 2019-10-23 20:43:16 UTC any attempt to retrieve a file using the getfile cgi has been failing with an "Error 404 not found". Could somebody please investigate the problem? Thank you.
