It will be helpful for us to replicate the issues if you can share the name of the Landsat L8 and l9 files, and from where you downloaded the files.

If you can use SANP GPT, you should be able to use SeaDAS GPT, for SeaDAS is built on SNAP

If you want to generate the product Rrs_unc, you may need to set proc_uncertainty=1
