That helped a lot, thank you!
I think (but can't be sure) that the other errors are the file system getting full.

l2gen in batch environment
Good Morning :).I'm trying to process L1A data to L2 data in an environment where a brand new virtual machine is started for each run (and unfortunately is destroyed after the run completes, making debugging that much more ...interesting...). I'm seeing two issues that I hope you guys might ...

l2gen gas_opt question
Good evening SeaDAS'ers :)
I'm wondering - when using l2gen, what is the difference between gas_opt=8 (noted as "H2O" in the usage message) and gas_opt=16 (noted as "use atrem (H2O)" in the usage message)?
Thank you in advance for your help!

MODISA issue?
Good morning!

Is there an issue with MODISA data?

I have a subscription to MODISA L1A data (# 2130) that has not found any data since the 2019-02-05 at 19:45Z granule. When I go to the search CGI and do a search for newer L1A files they seem to be there, my subscription just isn't finding them for some reason???Additionally I have several other...

MODISA L1A to L1B questions
That worked great, thank you Sean! :)This is no longer an L1B question but since I already have this thread going I'll ask it anyway...I want to select Rrs_645, Rrs_859, Rrs_1240 an l2_flags as my custom L2 products. I see the l2prod flag in the l2gen command line help but don't know what to...
