Hi Faboli, The Subject Matter Expert from the NASA POWER Team responded and said there is no set rate limit. It appears the MISR team is still working to update the MISR L1B Ellipsoid products. On Earthdata Search, the latest file I could find was from October 12, 2022. Someone will post an update here once the data is available.
