Hello, You can process the data before downloading using our AppEEARS tool: https://appeears.earthdatacloud.nasa.gov Please note that 2023 and 2024 are not available yet, it is a yearly product so 2024 will not be available till 2025, and 2023 should be available in the very near future. Thanks, Brett

Re: Missing HLS Granules between 2024-03-05 & 2024-03-12
Hi Matthew, Please see below from a data manager: Infrequent and unexpected data gaps can be caused by a number of issues, including delays in being able to access the input and/or ancillary data needed to generate the products. Since the provider, in this case HLS, is getting its input data upstrea...

Re: Discovering EMIT Data.
We recently had a user write in looking for more information on the EMIT algorithm. We wanted to make sure all users that are interested in EMIT data had a chance to learn more about the data. In case you missed it, NASA’s JPL EMIT Science Team and the LP DAAC hosted a 2-hour virtual workshop on the...

Re: MCD19A3D has only 2 layers with NBAR when downloaded
Hi CB, Sorry for the run around on this, I was looking in the wrong area too. There should be a suite of 1km layers, and I am wondering if your R package is not seeing them. There should be 10 1km fields. I opened one of those up in HDFView and attached a screen capture of all the fields. Please let...

Hi @matthew_cox_omnia
Sorry for the delay. It appears now processing has caught up and closed the data gaps. Thanks for your patience.

Re: Spatial Subsetting Applications
Hi @carlsopr Can you double check your Point requests. The majority we are seeing are over the Antarctic, The Area requests are over Florida, so I am not sure what is going on. For instance: a052f041-33db-4da6-bf8f-7f9adfd96e4d
Shows over Antarctica.
Thanks,
Brett

Re: HLS Granules Out of Date
Hello,
Sorry for the delay. We believe this is primarily due to the switch from MODIS Surface Reflectance to VIIRS. that is going on this week. We expect it to kick back up soon.
Thanks,
Brett
