How to calculate percentile amount of a range chl value
Hi,Statistics, regions, masking, and mapped files is not a subject which can be answered in brief. The next release of SeaDAS will contain a substantially revised Statistics GUI and much more extensive documentation on the subject. In the meantime, since I cannot yet refer you to t...

Can't Add bathymetry and elevation bands and masks

Yes, you are right, the modis_GEO step I mentioned does need to occur before the modis_L1B step.I noticed that you are using climatology default for your ancillary. In order to get better atmospheric correction data specific to your scene and time you should be running "Get_Ancillary"...

L1B problems
I can confirm this as a problem with loading L1B VIIRS files in SeaDAS. In order for the SpectrumView tool which you mentioned to work, bands must have the Spectral Wavelength set. The VIIRS file reader utility inside of the SeaDAS GUI is currently using a default generic function which ...

SeaDAS displays L3B images ?
SeaDAS is not designed (at least currently) to display the binned files (L3b).
You can however, process these files using SeaDAS (see the tools l3bin, l3mapgen)

I do not quite understand this question. If you post the l2gen par file (or full param list) of what you used when processing this it would help us determine exactly how you processed this. Are you saying that pixels over land are not being identified as LAND in the MaskManager? Da...
