Re: Gravity data
Your question should be directed to the Physical Oceanography DAAC (PODAAC). I have added the tags to your message. Gravity data is now being acquired by the GRACE Follow-On (GRACE-FO) mission. https://gracefo.jpl.nasa.gov/data/grace-fo-data/

Re: OCO-2 spatial resolution
The dimensions refer to the size of the "footprint" of the measurement on the Earth's surface. So you can imagine that the data is collected for a rectangular column of air with the dimensions of 2.25 x 1.29 km. Each measurement is made at nadir from the satellite's position. This diagram ...

Re: OCO-2 spatial resolution
Yes, this is what the daily OCO-2 data look like, a series of measurements along the satellite's observational ground track. This is the highest resolution data available. The satellite track is not in the same place each day, and near-global coverage repeats every 16 days, so your location of inter...

You chose the correct variable to visualize. Was Panoply able to produce a plot? This is interesting information for us as well, if other users seek to visualize the data with Panoply.

Re: OCO-2 spatial resolution
Both v10 and v11 should be useful for CO2 concentration. The version refers to the forward processing, i.e., the newest processing is implemented from the beginning date of that version. Unless stated, there has not been retrospective processing of the entire dataset.

Re: OCO-2 spatial resolution
Yes, please try to download one Level 2 OCO-2 data file. These data can be visualized with NASA Panoply, https://www.giss.nasa.gov/tools/panoply/, if they are in netCDF format.
