All PM1ATTNR files missing between 2020229.1000 and 2020246.1600 (inclusive)

Apparently the ATT data in the GBAD data from EMOS was unusable, so they are trying to recover the data from the APID 957 GBAD data, but they are finding gaps in that data that mirror those in the science data in the direct-broadcast (DB) feeds.  Seems that most the DB sites are over land, so w...

MODIST geo files?

I believe it comes down to they are on different spacecraft platforms.  The Aqua data stream includes the near-real-time (NRT) ATT/EPH data that can be used to process data.  Then later the refined ATT/EPH data are delivered, and any future refined L2 processing we do uses the refined ATT/...

MODIST geo files?

Hi Andrew.

Yes, you need to create the GEO files for MODIS using the ATT/EPH data.  If you're using SeaDAS to process the data, i believe the scripts do that for you.

Subscription areas

Brock,Sean is out on leave, but we are still planning to implement OLCI subscriptions soon.  I believe the back end is ready, and this could serve as a good way to test it.  The front end still needs to be developed.  If you provided me with the information for the region and data-typ...

Our 3 subscriptions have expired

Adam,The three subscriptions have been re-enabled, with stop date set to 2022-01-01.  I also issued the reconfirmation for them, which is good until 2020-12-30.  About 15 days prior to that time, an email will be sent to the owner's email address with a notification of the expiring con...

Night files being found in VIIRS subscription day only

These two files are tagged with day-night-flag = 3, which means day 1 and night 2.  Subscriptions for daytime data will get any granule identified as having daytime data regardless of the amount. The same would be true for nighttime subscriptions.daynightflag: 3basename:     V202...

Missing Anc Files?

These files were condemned to hades (a fictional host name we used after a non-fictional storage unit suffered a catastrophic data loss), represented by the host-id 666, and were not recovered because we already had the optimal non-NRT data for their respective coverage periods.  Are you derivi...

Missing data between L1&2 Browser and Order Data lists

I'm wondering if this could be a day-night flag issue.  I noticed that the last argument in your URL is dnm=D which indicates daytime data.  The 1245 granule is listed as a mixed (M) granule so it might be getting excluded. I assume that in your first example for order data, you swappe...
