Re: MODIS L1C for C2RCC

Hello.

Below is the link telling that C2RCC needs L1C data for MODIS:
https://seadas.gsfc.nasa.gov/help/8.0.0 ... ption.html

And here is the link titled "Create MODIS L1C Data" mentioning l2gen:

However, when I tried to process using l2gen, the only output I can produce is L2 data. Do I need to change some parameters in order to generate L1C with l2gen. Or if not pos...

Re: OCSSW Processor - MODIS

Thanks. Creating a ~/.netrc file made the processors work.

Although, I have one last question. How do I select L1C as the output for l2gen processor? When I load the modis L1B as the input, the default ofile resulted to L2 data.

Re: OCSSW Processor - MODIS

Hello. So I researched about the error and it seems that switching to python3 made me need to reinstall 'requests'. I did pip3 install requests, and the update_luts worked! So in the SeaDAS GUI, I tried modis_L1A GUI and it worked fined giving an output of L1A. However when I tried to used modis_GEO...

Re: OCSSW Processor - MODIS

Hello. It seems that exporting OCSSWROOT path did not work. I also tried adding OCSSWROOT="/home/torres609/SeaDAS/ocssw" to the /etc/environment and /etc/profile, but it didn't also help with the error. Similar error encountered: /// torres609@torres609:~/SeaDAS/ocssw/bin$ echo $OCSSWROOT ...

Hello. I'm using Ubuntu 16.04.7 with Oracle Virtual Box. I installed SeaDAS version 8.0.0 GUI. Installing python 3.6+ made the installer in the SeaDAS GUI run now, however there is an error in the end: Error in installing and updating using SeaDAS GUI " execution exception: java.io.IOException:...

Re: OCSSW Processor - MODIS

Thank you. I'll try to run the installer again. Alternatively, when I tried to install the processor using SeaDAS GUI I got this error: ## execution exception: java.io.IOException: install_ocssw failed with exit code 1. Check log for more details. Traceback (most recent call last): File "/tmp/i...
