Not at this time. We have discussed having different file names for the QLP and QL and may implement this in the future.

If you set up a non-extracted subscription to the QL data, that subscription query will only return QL file names.

These requests were submitted as extracted subscriptions. As such the data are on the FTP site:

Level 1 and Level 2 data are available as soon as they are processed via the Browser at https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/cgi/browse.plLevel 3 data are created after a full day of L2 data are processed. NSIDC updated their files at  08:26 local time this morning, they are working their way through the system.

This appears to be a problem with the images in the L3 browser. The VIIRS L3 production is up to date. 
I'll notify the web admins of the problem. Try your query again tomorrow.
