All level2 (CZCS, SeaWiFS, MODIS, VIIRS) request data have nc-format.
Why do the level2 MERIS data store in hdf-format?

I used  online order manager. It's ok. I downloaded my request's files.
But I checked spam folder in gmail, there are no email notifications (!?).
