Unfortunately, SeaDAS 8 GUI does not work on Ventura, but SeaDAS command line still works. We are working to resolve the issue.
In the meantime, SeaDAS 7 works on Ventura, both GUI and command line.

If your task is to Subset and Reprojection, you can avoid Mosaic by extract (SeaDAS processors) and then reprojection -- 1. SeaDAS-Toolbox -> SeaDAS Processors -> extractors 2. Raster -> Geometric -> Reprojection Here is the resulted image of chlor_a Screen Shot 2023-05-08 at 11.44.03 AM.png --

Lw (water leaving radiance) is not a product in the OC suite, so you can't find Lw in our MODIS L2 files. However, you can use SeaDAS' l2gen to create Lw product from MODIS L1 files-- https://seadas.gsfc.nasa.gov/help-8.3.0/processors/ProcessL2gen.html
