Combining platforms and instruments would cause substantial impacts to other users using the keywords and subsequent search. Combining two Platforms or Instruments is not a practice that we follow or recommend. I am trying to understand your use case a little bit better. If both Terra and Aqua are the Platforms, they should both be keyed in the metadata.
