Sorry for a delay in response. Except for some occasional 504 errors, all site are working normally. Please, let us know if you still have issues accessing ladsweb.

A correction! Just checked with the Ops team and there is a difference between L1 and rest of the products. Level 1 products are Processing On Demand (POD) only products. These products are not permanently archived so users need to order to get these.

No, there is nothing different for L1A. All products are done the same way.
