MODIS/VIIRS stopped since 2020-02-05?
Hello,
I confirm Julien's post : impossible to download any file (VIIRS, MODIS, Ancillary) since yersterday afternoon, wget returns an error 404
I'm speaking about near real time products only. Download works properly for older products.

Ancillary file delay
Hello Sean,
Unfortunately (), we could not process our MODIS L1A granules yersterday (day 349) because of missing attitude and ephemeris files. These files just became available today at ~09h45 UTC.

VIIRS JPSS-1 data available
Hello,
We have seen that VIIRS JPSS-1 L1A and GEO files are available on your Direct Data Access directory. Are these files ready to be processed to Level 2 with SeaDAS, or does it need a new version of SeaDAS (I guess that at least some specific LUTs are necessary) ?
Thanks
Jacques

Data access stopped due to IP adress blocked
Hello Sean,Thank you for this very useful information. We identified the problem in our scripts, which was due to unsufficient wget optionsBefore, our wget options were limited to : --continueNow we just added : --timeout 300 --tries 2. Option timeout will limit the access duration to 5mn, and optio...
