I have not been able to replicate your issue. When I do exactly what you have displayed, I still get to the next page(s) where I can order the data. Are there other details you can share? Have you tried to order using a different web browser? Did you make sure you are logged into your Earthdata acco...

This isn't much help, but I wanted to follow-up by checking with our data processing system team to see if we were missing data. We only have the following file matching pattern "S3A_OL_1_EFR____20190621T09": S3A_OL_1_EFR____20190621T090117_20190621T090415_20190622T123237_0177_046_107_2340...

I would suggest upgrading to a more current version of wget to see if that would resolve the issue.
