You could try using different aerosol models which are governed by aer_opt. For an example see:

I have never seen this behavior before. Please send what SeaDAS version you are using and your operating system info.

Please post more specifics. Post a screenshot of your pixel extraction parameters, box size etc.

If you are getting heap dump crashes then possibly you need to decrease the box size.

You should be getting a progress monitor. The Spectrum View tool takes a several minutes to initialize on the file you mentioned due to its size and number of bands. Also you should first add at least one pin and then run it. You can then run in cursor mode, toggle pins off if you want, but first cr...
