The TOAST Ozone data product has been discontinued as of May 27, 2020.
The last day of TOMS data was 2014-09-07 (N201425000_O3_TOMSOMI_24h.hdf)
The file name you should be searching for is:

There is a quality problem with our ancillary ozone data that we are waiting for the provider to correct. At this time there is no estimate as to when we will be able to deliver the refined OC products.
