Re: CMR API response does not list all the Rrs band files
For ocean color files, all versions have the same file names and the newer version overwrites the older on the archive. Currently, the only way to tell them apart is by checking the NetCDF global attributes for the pversion A2021181.L3m_DAY_CHL_chlor_a_4km.nc :pversion = "2018.1" ; A202118...

The monthly climatology products use the refined-calibration version of the L2 data and are available 60 to 90 days after real time. Expect the July climatology product in about 2 weeks and the August climatology in mid October.

Re: Missing data
There appears to be missing data in the direct access directory listing that the web developers are working to correct.
You can try using the file search option:
https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/api/file_search/
See if that gives you the files you are expecting.

When that occurs, the file names may be slightly different than what is available on the ESA archive and files that have the processing center LN1 at ESA may show MAR on our site. Can you b...

Re: CMR API response does not list all the Rrs band files
We produce QuickLook files produced with Near Real Time data and sub-optimal ancillary data. They are available a few hours to a day after real time.. Then we produce refined-ancillary QuickLook files made with the optimal ancillary data. They tend to be available 21-days behind real time. Finally, ...

Re: No MODIS-Aqua data since 6th March 0200
Sorry Javier,
I just saw this post.
No, the problem was with our source for MODIS L0 data from Aqua and Terra.
If the VIIRSJ data were delayed, it was a separate issue.
