Hi edwardsch The LP DAAC has a scheduled maintenance August 17, 2022 that hopes to deliver a new fix which appears to handle some known bugs potentially causing our problems. In Microsoft Internet Explorer, the browser that comes installed on most Windows computers, you clear the cache in the Delete Browsing History screen. You can do a browse search on this topic to find the best way to do it for your computer.
