GOCI processing

Dear OceanColor team!
I am using SeaDAS to process GOCI data to get L2 products, but I found that Rrs masks block large areas of water. By the way, the waters are extremely turbid. So, I want to ask if I can cancel the mask of Rrs?           For this extremely turbid water body, GOCI does not have a SWIR band. How should aer-opt (default '-2') be used for atmospheric correction? What is the relationship between Rrs and rhos in the L2 product?
