GOCI processing

by lipeng » Thu Apr 11, 2019 10:08 am America/New_York

Dear OceanColor team !
I am using SeaDAS to process GOCI data to get L2 products, but I found that Rrs masks block large areas of water. By the way, the waters are extremely turbid.
I want to ask if I can cancel the mask of Rrs?
For this extremely turbid water body, GOCI does not have a SWIR band. How should aer-opt (default '-2') be used for atmospheric correction?
What is the relationship between Rrs and rhos in the L2 product?
