Blacklisted IPs ?

Hi,

It seems that 2 of our IPs where blacklisted since yesterday since 4pm30 UTC:
xx.xxx.xx.xx : from this IP we download on the fly new L2 products but we ensure a minimum delay of 5 seconds between each HTTP request to your website
xx.xxx.xx.xx : from this IP we download on the fly new L3 products (so only few files each day) also with a 5 seconds delay but we could do also other manual access to your website because this IP is used for general usage (firefox, etc...)

Now the blacklisting has been removed, but we are interested to know why we have been blacklisted. It seems suspect to us that the 2 IPs were blacklisted at the same time.
Maybe we could improve our download approach to avoid these blacklisting? Is our 5 seconds delay between 2 HTTP request not enough? Are there other recommendations to avoid blacklisting?

The problem was with our servers and the issue is now fixed.
