Unable to download ancillary data

Hi, I'm downloading data from your servers in order to produce daily compositions but today I found that my IP seems to be blocked. Do I have to use bandwidth limitation? Or what are the good practices?
I can access
https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/ from my computer but not from my server.

Our firewalls do impose automatic blocks on IP addresses that
exceed certain limits. You may email connection_problems@oceancolor.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov
and provide the information described in the following post if
you think this may have happened to you.
