Turbity

Hi,

I'm interested in generating turbidity images using seadas. I found this old topic:
https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/forum/oceancolor/topic_show.pl?tid=3729
but the link in it is bad. I searched around but could not find anything on MSL12.

Is there an updated link for this?
Is it still possible to generate these in seadas 7.5?

Thanks,
-Steve

Steve,

MSl12 was renamed l2gen many years ago.  The bbp products (as well as others, e.g. bbp_nnn_giop ) mentioned in that old post are still capable of being produced, but tsm_clark is not.
The nnn is expanded by l2gen to all wavelengths for the sensor.
Be aware that particulate backscattering is not explicitly turbidity, but can be related to turbidity (an exercise for the user).

Sean
