I am Zoya Andreeva, a representative of SRC "Planeta" (Roshydromet).

The access to the web-site http://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/ from the IP address of our organization 194.85.213.50 (as well as from our backup IP address 194.85.213.48) has been blocked.
Could you kindly help us with access to the Ocean Colour web-site?
