4 months ago, I prepared a list of OLCI files to be acquired for year 2019 from the direct data access directories, by running your browse tool and data ordering
We tried to download these files today, and for the 21/06/2019, several files are not present anymore, e.g., S3A_OL_1_EFR____20190621T173213_20190621T173513_20190622T215224_0179_046_112_2700_LN1_O_NT_002.zip
This also holds for S3B : there are large gaps of data for some particular hours
Curiously, OL_1_ERR files are found (I believed you archived only OL_1_EFR)
Do you think it is an isolate case ? (if not, maybe it would be safe for me to redo the exercise of getting the actual list of files now)
Thank you for your help,
You didn't specify what site or tool you were using, but it seems you might have been on the Ocean Color web. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to replicate your issue (see attached). Are you still finding gaps on our site, if that is where you indeed were attempting to pull from? Are you able to verify that your method of preparing the OLCI list isn't somehow skipping certain files?

I don't see that you have any active orders in our ODPS system, only a subscription for MODIS Aqua data.

I gave the wrong file name yersterday. Actually, the two following files are missing on https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/S3A ... /2019/172/ :
I obtained 4 months ago these two filenames by using the Ocean Color Web Data browser in area 100W,13E:5S,30N
Its not a big problem, we suppressed them from our list.
Thank you again for your time,
