Subscriptions broken

by alaroy » Thu May 06, 2021 12:20 am America/New_York

We have 8 different subscriptions that we normally get data from using the file search cgi (https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/api/file_search/). The subscriptions get data from VIIRS/NPP, VIIRS/N20, MODISA and MODIST.

All 8 subscriptions stopped returning new data between 11 and 15 UTC on 5/5/2021. I think something is wrong with the subscription system, could someone from the OBPG team please investigate and resolve it? Thank you!

Andrew,

Just wanted to close the loop on this issue in this post. The problem was caused by a delay in the database synchronization and was resolved on May 6.
