CMR API response does not list all the Rrs band files

Hi

The following API call to download MODIS Terra and Aqua does not list all the Rrs band files. Is this expected or is there some other API to list all the files?

https://cmr.earthdata.nasa.gov/search/g ... page_num=1

File Downloadable link for the above date (Authentication Required): https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/cmr ... 412_4km.nc

Thank you,
Manoj

To clarify, in this case we expect to see T2003222.L3m_DAY_RRS_Rrs_412_4km.nc in the listing, but it's not there.

Cheers,
Simon

We are working with earthdata to clear up the issue.

The Terra Rrs file records have been restored to CMR. Let us know if you continue to have problems accessing them via the API.

Hi

The following API call to download MODIS Terra only list files till 31 May 2021. Is this expected?

CMR: https://cmr.earthdata.nasa.gov/search/granules.json?concept_id[]=C1458097478-OB_DAAC&page_size=1000&version=2018&page_num=41

The following URL has files till 4th August 2021.
https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov (/MODIS-Terra/L3SMI/2021/215/)

Thanks
Manoj

We produce QuickLook files produced with Near Real Time data and sub-optimal ancillary data. They are available a few hours to a day after real time.. Then we produce refined-ancillary QuickLook files made with the optimal ancillary data. They tend to be available 21-days behind real time. Finally, we make a Refined product with the optimal ancillary data and an updated calibration. They are released in 1-month batches 60-75 days behind real time. The latest Refined products we have avaliable are May 2021.

Hi Tommy,

I'm still seeing delays, so I'm trying to understand your reply. What file extensions do Near Real Time, refined-ancillary QuickLook, and Refined files are expected to have?

Currently https://cmr.earthdata.nasa.gov/search/granules.json?collection_concept_id[]=C1442922862-OB_DAAC&page_size=1000&temporal[]=2002-07-03T00:00:00/2021-10-24T05:07:52.760223&version=2018&page_num=38 returns A2021181.L3m_DAY_CHL_chlor_a_4km.nc as the last entry, yet I see the next day's file, A2021182.L3m_DAY_CHL_chlor_a_4km.nc, on https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov (/directaccess/MODIS-Aqua/L3SMI/2021/182/)

Is this expected?

Thanks,
Simon
