Subscription issue

Dear Sir,

It looks like all of our subscriptions stopped working yesterday 6/18/2021 a bit after 14:18 UTC. Initially when we tried to download a new file it resulted in an html error message - but then new swaths stopped being posted to the subscriptions. Could you please look into it or forward this information along to someone who can?

Please let us know the subscription id(s) you are having issues retrieving so that we can investigate.
