Hello,

If you use NASA Worldview (https://worldview.earthdata.nasa.gov), you can view the lake with either MODIS Terra, MODIS Aqua, Suomi-NPP VIIRS, or NOAA-20 (JPSS-1) VIIRS. The resolution is about 250 m. I have two links below viewing it with MODIS-Aqua and NOAA-20 VIIRS. The problem is that they have roughly midday crossing times (MODIS-Aqua is about 1:30 PM local time).

NOAA-20 VIIRS: https://worldview.earthdata.nasa.gov/?v ... 3A08%3A14Z

MODIS-Terra was the clearest of the four (due to viewing geometry) on this date, but it's at ~10:30 AM. https://worldview.earthdata.nasa.gov/?v ... 3A31%3A14Z

Higher resolution imagery would probably require prior-knowledge targeting. You might possibly get lucky with Landsat data from the USGS, much higher spatial resolution, but again, likely not close to 4 PM. It's possible they viewed this area on this date -- they target areas that are likely to be mostly cloud-free, and this area clearly was on 4-25-21.

Hope this was helpful. One other thing; if you were looking for a fire, MODIS has a thermal sensor band that might indicate it. It'll be in the data layers. Please reply if you need more instructions.
