The MODIS subset problem of l2gen

by liugers11 » Sun Sep 05, 2021 2:01 am America/New_York

Hi,

We download the MODIS L0 files from ocean color and the L0 files were processed to L1B by SeaDAS 8.1.0. Then the L1B files were processed by l2gen to get the Rayleigh corrected reflectance products. However, we find that the subset function of l2gen (like north=31.8 sourth=30.5 west=119.6 east=121.5) does not work. THe output Rayleigh products were the whole image (not subset).
How can we get the subset image?

Best Wishes

Ge

It's a bug in OCSSW V2021.2. You can use OCSSW V2021.1 or T2021.11. See viewtopic.php?f=7&t=2407&p=8583&hilit=l ... dd8b#p8583
