Is there a time schedule when MODIS OC final L2 processing is done? Thanks.

About 3 months.

Since we initiated the R2018 reprocessing, the Quicklook/Refined process changed. This was to allow time to to assess the rapidly changing temporal calibration and made any necessary adjustments.

Thanks. I was hoping that you have a calendar entry for that.

The timing is based on the calibration update process and the availability of the refined ancillary data. While generally on a regular cadence, it isn't necessarily exact. In fact, due to an issue with our current source for the ozone ancillary input, the refined ocean color processing has been on hold.
